LUVeR is and will remain a non-corporate, d.i.y., totally uncensored, noncommercial, nonprofit internet-only communal collective with 24-hour "live" programming (by amazing people) with "no-limits" content. In short, LUVeR is what THEY told us only a few years ago how the internet would be. But THEY now want us to believe that we little people can’t do this. In fact THEY are trying to force us little people off the internet, making the web just another corporate-controlled selling medium!

LUVeR is based on shows created/webcasted by individuals around the world, created from their personal passions. These individuals have total control over their shows, insuring the channel's freedom and independence. This also insures that the channel is accessible to voices, music, creativity, news, visions, histories, etc. which have been frozen out of the commercial media.

We have many great shows! On LUVeR you get alternative news, outstanding political / radical / current events shows, and hard-hitting investigative reports that you don't receive in mainstream media. We archive many of these shows at http://www.luver.org. We show erotic, very beautiful films, innovative film makers’ works which include images of Columbian, South American, Mexican artifacts, and history of indigenous peoples' oppression and survival. We webcast the classic punk radio show, Maximum Rock’n’Roll. Talking Stick takes you to night clubs and coffeehouses. Drawing on our vast and deep collection, The Mix has both all of your favorites and d.i.y music from the best experimental, punk, rap, hiphop, folk, bluegrass, classical, and unclassified musicians from around the world. The Shaman's Den is an edgy interview / performance show with Frank Moore (hey, that’s me!) and Linda Mac with a variety of special artists and interesting people, many contributing very seriously to the good of all, from around the world. We started The Shaman's Denlong before LUVeR. We have archived many of the past Shaman's Den shows here.

LUVeR also has an on-demand film/video/performance festival at The Intimate Theater. And we have a huge treasure chest of audio gems at Sounds From The Underground. All of these stages make up the brand new, unique communication medium that is LUVeR! And it is all free, totally outside of the capitalist frame.

LUVeR is home to people well-known in their field of music, poetry, activism, sex, visual art, and the disabled movement … people like Dr. Susan Block, Jesse Beagle, Jello Biafra, Dirk Dirksen, Dave and Ana Christie, Mbanna Kantako … the list is too long! LUVeR is voices of the workers, women, the prisoners, the suppressed...a rich, diverse chorus of the people all over the world, melted together into LOVE UNDERGROUND VISIONARY REVOLUTION! Yep, LUVeR is very dangerous to the powers that suppress people! We are taking OUR cultures, OUR music, OUR web, OUR freedoms back ... back into our communal human family. We simply reject the fragmentation, isolation, ownership, and the worship of profit. We people together are dangerou ... love, passion, and simple unlimited fun are dangerous. So THEY will come after LUVeR, will try to shut us down, gag us. And THEY might succeed ... for a while! But until THEY do come after us, we will be here, spinning dreams!
